About the Company 

Established in 2016, FLOW Spine & Sport was created to bring various forms of manual therapy, rehab and conservative care all together under one roof to provide excellent patient care and results.  Since then we have successfully treated thousands of patients ranging from children, expectant mothers and grandparents to desk workers, weekend-warriors and professional athletes.

Dr. Nick Neratka is a graduate Palmer College of Chiropractic – Florida located near Daytona Beach, Florida. At Palmer-Florida, Dr. Nick excelled in the areas of Biomechanics, Rehabilitative Exercise, and Manual Therapy. He has attended a vast amount of continuing education seminars and will continue to do so to stay up to date on the latest information and treatment strategies.

Dr. Nick utilizes the Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA) developed by Drs. Grey Cook and Greg Rose to functionally assess patients and based on his findings, will provide the patient with the necessary treatment to decrease pain and symptoms, as well as increase their overall functional capacity.

Before attending Palmer – Florida, Dr. Nick attended Bethany College in Bethany, West Virginia, where his was a 3-year varsity letterman of the football team and received his Bachelor’s of Science in Biology in 2009. Dr. Nick received his high school diploma in 2005 from Uniontown Area High School in Uniontown, Pennsylvania.

Outside of FLOW, Dr. Nick enjoys spending time with his girlfriend Kaitie and their dog Tyson. Dr. Nick is also a very avid crossfitter and enjoys golfing, softball, skiing, and rooting for his favorite Pittsburgh teams.
